Solaire North occupies a 15,000 square-meter area in Quezon City, with a total investment of $1 billion. As per earlier company statements, the property is expected to feature a hotel tower with a capacity of up to 550 rooms, alongside a gaming section accommodating as many as 200 gaming tables and potentially 3,000 slot machines.

Despite facing various setbacks and pandemic-related challenges, including delays and lockdowns, the company commenced construction on the project in 2019.
