Hann Resorts strengthens its leadership in Central Luzon by expanding Hann Casino Resort and launching groundbreaking developments at Hann Reserve. These bold moves reflect the group’s clear commitment to building world-class destinations.
Hann Casino Resort, the first fully integrated resort in Clark, Pampanga, has firmly established itself as a premier destination. It combines gaming and leisure across an expansive 11-hectare property inside the Clark Freeport Zone. Locals and visitors alike often call it the “Culinary Capital of Clark.” The resort features over 200 gaming tables and more than 1,000 slot machines. It also offers 865 luxury hotel rooms through top-tier brands like Swissôtel Clark, Clark Marriott, and Widus Hotel.
To elevate the guest experience further, the resort operates 15 standout dining outlets. These restaurants showcase a rich variety of both local and international cuisines.
Recently, Hann Casino Resort opened its new retail strip, 8th Avenue. This vibrant addition introduces fresh dining and shopping options to the area. Moreover, it complements the resort’s ongoing expansion. The project includes an upgraded casino floor with over 60 new gaming tables, 500 additional slot machines, and a separate VIP gaming area.
At the same time, new restaurant concepts will introduce fine dining inspired by Korean, Japanese, and Chinese cuisine. A Silk Road-themed café will also transform into a cocktail and wine lounge at night. Hann Resorts expects to complete the first phase of this expansion by the fourth quarter of 2025. The company aims to finish the full project by early 2026.
Meanwhile, Hann Resorts continues to develop Hann Reserve, a 450-hectare eco-luxury estate in New Clark City, Tarlac. The estate will feature three championship golf courses designed by Nicklaus Design, Nick Faldo, and KJ Choi. It will also host the country’s first PGA-affiliated player development facilities.
In addition, Hann Reserve will offer luxury accommodations through global brands like Banyan Tree and InterContinental Hotel. Ultra-luxury villas, lifestyle centers, and an international school will also enrich the property.
To promote sustainability and community connection, Hann Resorts will introduce a public park within Hann Reserve. The park will include elevated walkways, outdoor adventure activities, and landscaping that uses native plants and water-saving systems. Through this initiative, the company demonstrates its strong dedication to environmental responsibility.
By investing in these major developments, Hann Resorts continues to transform Central Luzon into a vibrant center for luxury, leisure, and community living. As a result, it sets new standards for integrated tourism in the Philippines—offering bold living and unforgettable experiences at every turn.
