During a recent media briefing, Han confirmed that construction of the InterContinental hotel at Hann Resorts has reached its final stages. Although the project experienced minor delays after an earlier expected launch, Han assured stakeholders that the luxury hotel will open within the year, fulfilling the group’s promise to deliver world-class hospitality in central Luzon.
Han highlighted that the upcoming InterContinental Clark will offer 250 upscale rooms, a full-service spa, and premium amenities tailored to high-end travelers. Thanks to InterContinental’s global reputation and IHG’s extensive network, the hotel will attract more international tourists, business travelers, and VIP guests to the region. This development supports Hann Resorts’ vision of becoming the ultimate luxury playground in the Philippines.
Moreover, Han pointed out that adding InterContinental Clark forms just one part of Hann Resorts’ long-term master plan.
