Digiplus Interactive, a digital gaming firm listed on Brazil’s B3 exchange, will officially join the FTSE All Cap Index beginning March 21, 2025. This development follows the March 2025 review of the FTSE Global Equity Index Series, according to a recent announcement from index compiler FTSE Russell. The adjustment will take effect at the market close on Friday, March 21.

The inclusion of Digiplus in the FTSE All Cap Index highlights its growing significance in global markets, particularly within the gaming and digital entertainment space. As investors increasingly monitor emerging tech and gaming companies, Digiplus’ entry into the index signals both strong performance and increased institutional visibility.

Previously known as Playa Interactive, Digiplus rebranded as part of a broader effort to expand its digital gaming offerings and strengthen its market position. The company now operates under the ownership of Brazil-based Caleta Gaming and focuses on both platform development and content distribution across Latin America and beyond.

Being added to the FTSE All Cap Index may potentially attract more passive and institutional investment, as fund managers tracking the index will now include Digiplus in their portfolios. Moreover, this move reflects broader investor confidence in the firm’s long-term strategy and steady financial performance.

With this milestone, Digiplus continues to gain traction in the competitive gaming market, offering a mix of real-money gaming and B2B technology services. As global investors turn their attention to emerging markets and digital-first entertainment firms, Digiplus’ inclusion in a major index like FTSE further cements its place in the international spotlight.
