DigiPlus Interactive Corp (DigiPlus), a leading Philippine retail gaming provider, surged to a market capitalization of PHP 59 billion this week after dominating the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) in 2023. The company’s stock price skyrocketed by 232 percent, outperforming nearly 300 listed companies and securing its spot as the top-performing stock last year.
This impressive stock rally mirrored DigiPlus’s strong financial performance. The company reported a net income of PHP 4.1 billion in 2023, marking an almost six-fold increase compared to the previous year. DigiPlus attributed this growth to the explosive popularity of both its traditional and online bingo platforms, which attracted millions of Filipinos nationwide.
Formerly known as Leisure and Resorts World Corp, DigiPlus operates physical bingo sites and digital platforms such as BingoPlus and e-games. These services account for more than 90 percent of the company’s total revenue, solidifying its dominant position in the market.
AB Leisure Exponent Inc., a subsidiary of DigiPlus, has led the bingo revolution in the country. Since launching BingoPlus (bingoplus.com) in January 2022, the platform has amassed over 20 million registered users, significantly expanding the company’s digital reach.
DigiPlus President Andy Tsui emphasized that the company’s rebranding aims to do “more” for Filipinos. “We combine cutting-edge technologies to multiply fun and happiness in people’s lives anytime and anywhere,” he said. “This is us sharing the love, while sharing the luck.”
In line with this mission, DigiPlus rebranded to reflect its evolution from a traditional gaming operator into a full-scale digital entertainment provider. Through platforms like ArenaPlus and PeryaGame, the company now caters to a wider range of lifestyles and demographics.
DigiPlus pioneered livestreamed online bingo in the Philippines and continues to lead the digital gaming frontier. With strategic marketing and high public brand recognition, the company has helped shape—and arguably jumpstart—the country’s booming online gaming industry. As it continues to grow, DigiPlus positions itself as a powerhouse in Philippine digital entertainment.
