International Entertainment Corp (IEC) signed a $19 million deal to renovate New Coast Hotel Manila, taking a major step toward building a top-tier integrated resort in the city. The company announced the agreement in a recent Hong Kong Stock Exchange filing, naming Top Century (Philippines) Inc. as its contractor for the project. Top Century currently operates the casino inside the hotel and provides hotel management services.

IEC plans to upgrade the hotel’s rooms, amenities, and shared areas in multiple phases, keeping operations running smoothly during the work. This renovation aligns with IEC’s long-term strategy to boost the property’s appeal in Manila’s competitive gaming and hospitality market.

The deal also supports IEC’s broader partnership with PAGCOR to expand its casino facilities and eventually launch a full-scale integrated resort. The company chose Top Century for the project due to its close ties to the hotel and existing operational control.

IEC reaffirmed its commitment to following local regulations and working closely with PAGCOR throughout the renovation. As the Philippine casino industry continues to grow, IEC aims to position itself as a key player by improving guest experience and setting the stage for future expansion.

With this $19 million investment, IEC is not just upgrading a property—it’s making a clear move to lead in the next phase of Manila’s casino resort boom.
