LET Group Holdings Limited, through its subsidiary Suntrust Resort Holdings, continues to accelerate the development of its flagship 5-star hotel and casino in Manila, Philippines.

The company recently signed major contracts with EE Black and MDCC. These agreements mark significant progress in the construction of the Westside City Phase 1 Project. Located at the Manila Bayshore Integrated City in Parañaque, the project sits at the heart of the country’s entertainment hub.

LET Group awarded EE Black, a U.S.-based construction firm, the contract to design, supply, and install floors, walls, ceilings, and finishes. Their scope covers both the casino and VIP gaming areas. This contract carries a value of PHP1.5 billion. EE Black earned the deal due to its proven expertise in architectural, mechanical, and electrical works. The firm also brings a solid track record in high-end resort developments.

Meanwhile, MDCC, a Philippine-based construction company, will handle the fit-out works for various public spaces. These include the main lobby and VIP lounges. Under the PHP426 million contract, MDCC will install partitions, built-in furniture, and other essential interior components.

These new contracts directly support LET Group’s strategy to deepen its footprint in the Philippines’ expanding gaming industry. With financing already secured, the company expects the project to deliver a substantial boost in future earnings.

The hotel and casino complex aims to open fully by 2025. It plans to serve both local and international tourists, enhancing the region’s tourism economy.

LET Group also projects an increase in property, plant, and equipment assets by approximately PHP1.8 billion. While the development may impact short-term liquidity, the company remains confident in its long-term growth.

As construction moves forward rapidly, the agreements with EE Black and MDCC highlight LET Group’s clear commitment. The company aims to deliver a world-class gaming and hospitality destination in Manila’s entertainment district. Ultimately, the project is set to elevate the Philippines as a premier casino tourism hotspot in Asia.
